Jamba Juice Orange Dream Machine

AKA: my main pregnancy craving.  I have such a wonderful husband who has gone on many Orange Dream Machine missions for me, and for that I am ever grateful!

I went to the grocery today & happened upon this product - ODM's at home!  They were on sale, so I picked up another flavor as well.  Both call for 1 cup of apple juice, which doesn't thrill me, so I picked the healthiest one I could find (Organics unfiltered, not from concentrate).

While writing this post, I also remember coming across Jamba Juice recipes on Pinterest, so I gave it another look and sure enough - here they are!

YUM.

Juicing is a great way for people to get more fruit and vegetables into their diet. As a nutritionist, I've been recommending it to people for years. Of course it's not a complete substitute for eating fruit and vegetables whole, but it does help people to increase their intake of the important vitamins and nutrients that are found within them.
